Lesson 2 of 3

The We-suite tour

8 min read
In this lesson you'll learn to
  • Position each We-suite product in one sentence
  • Match each product to the customer pain it retires
  • Name the consolidation story the suite enables

Six products, six one-liners, six pains. Learn these cold — the tour is your best mid-meeting move whenever a prospect's problem drifts beyond plain device management.

The tour

WeTrack — know where the fleet is. Live tracking for devices and the vehicles they ride in. Opens when you hear: "drivers", "routes", "field teams", "we lost another scanner."

WeBox — corporate content, delivered and controlled. Secure file storage and distribution to managed devices. Opens when you hear: "price lists that must be current everywhere", "manuals on every device", "we email PDFs around."

WeTalk — the frontline communication layer. Messaging and push-to-talk built for managed fleets. Opens when you hear: "walkie-talkies", "WhatsApp groups on work phones", "shift coordination."

WeShield — device protection. Threat defense for the managed fleet. Opens when you hear: "security review", "what if a device is compromised", "compliance audit."

WeSupport — see the screen, fix the problem. Remote assistance and screen sharing on enrolled devices. Opens when you hear: "our IT can't see what the user sees", "support calls take forever", "devices are three time zones away."

Patch Management — updates on your schedule. Controlled OS/app update rollout. Opens when you hear: "an update broke our app", "we can't control when devices update."

The consolidation close

Each product above maps to a subscription many prospects already pay someone else for: a tracking tool, a file-push tool, a PTT app, a mobile-threat product, a remote desktop tool, a patching tool. The suite pitch is arithmetic, not adjectives — "count what you're paying around your current MDM; WeGuard folds those into the platform."

Two honesty rules keep the tour credible: never claim depth you haven't verified for the customer's specific scenario (offer a demo instead — the Technical track's courses are your backup), and remember suite modules are plan-gated — which plan includes what is the next course's whole subject.

Knowledge check
1. A prospect pays separately for a team push-to-talk app for frontline staff. Which suite product retires that line item?
2. "Where are our vehicles and field devices right now?" is the opening for…
3. The suite's strongest commercial property is…
