This course is the starting point for the Technical track. No prior WeGuard experience is required — if you know what an MDM is at a high level, you're ready.
By the end you'll be able to explain what WeGuard manages, navigate all three consoles, and describe how customers, resellers, and plans fit together — the mental model everything else in the Technical track builds on.
