The Sales track tells the We-suite story in one sentence per product. This course is the other half: actually running each product in the console — enabling it at the policy, finding it in the navigation, configuring the settings that matter, and troubleshooting the calls you'll get in week one.

Four hands-on lessons cover WeTrack (location intelligence and its battery math), WeBox (files out to devices and files back in from the field), WeTalk (messaging, calling, and communication at fleet scale), and the fix-and-protect pair — WeSupport remote sessions and WeShield endpoint protection, with the update controls that keep fleets patched on your schedule. Every product here is plan-gated somewhere; knowing exactly where turns "it's missing" tickets into thirty-second answers.

Lessons

WeTrack: location intelligence in operation

Enable tracking at the policy, read breadcrumb trails like an operator, and manage the frequency-versus-battery trade that makes or breaks fleet tracking.

WeBox: files out, files back in

Push documents and media to the fleet through policy assignment, control how devices consume them, and collect field uploads through shared and group folders.

WeTalk: messaging and calling at fleet scale

Run the console's communication layer — conversation types from one device to all of them, rich messaging, Twilio-powered calls, and the organizing tools that keep a fleet's chatter manageable.

WeSupport and WeShield: fix and protect

Run remote-support sessions that end truck rolls, and stand up endpoint protection and update control across the fleet.

Final exam

Score 70% or higher to earn the certificate — valid two years, publicly verifiable.
