Course F1

UEM Foundations

The vendor-neutral on-ramp — what unified endpoint management is, how ownership models shape management, and how enrollment, policy, and compliance actually work.

Fundamentals5 lessons · 40 min · exam

Before any product demo makes sense, the concepts have to be in place: why fleets of devices need management at all, why who-owns-the-device decides everything downstream, and what the words that fill every UEM conversation — enrollment, supervision, policy, compliance — actually mean.

This course is deliberately vendor-neutral. It's the shared vocabulary for everyone who touches a device fleet — sales or technical, partner or customer — and it's open to everyone, no account required for the lessons. Forty minutes from "what's an MDM?" to holding your own in a fleet-management conversation.
